Due to the possibility of incubating Covid we had to postpone a studio session on June 29.
However, that time has been put to good use home recording a brand new song called “Hooves.”
It warns:
Don’t tap your hooves / To the devil’s grooves / Or he’s going to strap a saddle on you.
He’ll ride you ragged / Til you’re old and haggard / Then he’ll boil your bones / To make his glue.
It also includes the immortal words “Death to False Metal” and “Manowar.”
Musically it’s sort of Modern Life is Rubbish meets House of the Rising Sun, and a psychedelic West End Show.
The Rock Opera beckons.
